Duchesse de Bourgogne is an old brown, West Flemish red-brown beer of high fermentation. After the main fermentation and a second storage, the beer matures for 18 months in oak barrels. The oak provides the fruity taste. Duchesse de Bourgogne is recognized as a regional product.
