Vicaris Lustrum is a party beer, brewed on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Vicarisbieren. The Lustrum brut is a sparkling beer of 10% alcohol with a prestigious character. Thanks to the combined fermentation of the grape juice and the beer, the Lustrum Brut gets a unique character. The different grape varieties provide a complex taste with fruity and slightly sour notes, and a dry aftertaste.
