The color is deep gold, the head fine and airy. The bouquet is highly fragrant;
the aromatic hops are distinctly present, and the spices provide a fruity citrus note.
The flavor is characterized by an intense, very characteristic, full bitterness.
The dominant malt flavor, in particular, leaves a full impression on the palate. Yet,
the finish is dry and hoppy.
All these characteristics combine to make it an excellent digestive beer. Alcohol content 7.5%
