Kriek Boon is a spontaneously fermented beer, made from old and young lambic aged in oak barrels. 
To make this pure kriek beer, only real, fresh cherries are used; no concentrates are added. 
Furthermore, Kriek Boon is made with approximately 250 grams of fresh cherries per liter. 
By fermenting these cherries with young lambic beer, they give Kriek Boon its fine, 
authentic flavor and simultaneously reduce the alcohol content.
