Cesar Tripel is a "living" beer of approximately 8.5% alcohol by volume that, after its first fermentation in barrels, continues to evolve after bottling during fermentation in the bottle or in barrels.
Tripels are usually blond or light amber in colour. The Cesar Tripel is beautifully blond and tastes hoppy and full with an excellent sweet-bitter balance. Its pleasant aroma and beautiful head make this beer a top beer in its class.
Cesar Tripel is a strong but very pleasant beer to enjoy as a dessert or as an aperitif. Some prefer it with mussels or other seafood. This beer also goes perfectly with a savoury cheese platter or why not, a nice pack of Belgian fries!
Cesar Tripel combines a striking dryness with the fruitiness of a tripel and will therefore appeal to many beer drinkers.
