Highstreets Strawberry Beer is brewed by Boelens in Belsele, East Flanders. 
That is a microbrewery for regional beers. 
“It was a challenge for the brewer,” says Laura Verheyen. 
“The first test brews of Highstreets Strawberry Beer had little taste. 
In the end, the result we wanted was achieved. 
It should not be a typical sweet fruit beer. That's why it contains ginger. 
That neutralizes the sweet taste. 
The people who have already tasted the beer also say that it tastes less sweet than they expected.”
