Patsboem is an explosive encounter between rich, 
classic quadrupel tradition and refined brandy distillation.
 This 10.5% quadrupel was enriched with brandy from the De Cort distillery,
 made from Scheldebrouwerij's own beer.
In the glass, you'll see a deep mahogany color. 
The aroma opens with notes of caramel, dried fruit, oak, and warm brandy notes. 
The flavor is full and layered: malty sweetness, rich raisins and plums, a gentle alcohol warmth, 
and the distinct, elegant aroma of brandy distillate—as if a classic abbey quadrupel 
and a refined cognac meet in a single glass.
