Deep in the Kempen, between forests and fields, lies the Postel Abbey: a few buildings, old and new, disjointed but beautiful, that end in a centuries-old church. A group of Norbertine monks have lived there since 1140. It is in this abbey that the Postel beers originate. Postel beer comes in three varieties: Postel Blond, Postel Dubbel and Postel Tripel.
Postel Tripel (9.5%): Very blond beer that goes well with a snack.
